Yoga is a relationship that is built between the body, the mind and the breath. Yoga is creating a space between obstacles in your own body to live. Yoga is freedom and release. I am here to help others find this release so that they can comfortably and competently move their bodies through life.
My Journey with Yoga began when I was around 20 years of age. I took coaching for six months from Dronacharya Trainer Zone under the guidance of Mr. Prashant Sharma (who has been awarded the title of Mr. Delhi 3 times!) in Tughlakabad. After gaining experience, I was amazed at how the practice alleviated the stresses and helped me achieve a much needed personal balance. I began to study more on the subject and since then, there has been holding back.
I have been providing Yoga Services for the past 8 years. With time I have upgraded my profile by becoming an expert in Yoga. I am working with various healers also to help others live a healthy life.
I also started a centre named Paradise Trainer Zone. It is a fitness centre where we provide coach for weight loss/ gain, Yoga, Aerobics, etc.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 9 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind, and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
