Yoga has been a part of my life for over 5 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.
Influenced by my teachers, peers, environment and my travel across India. My aim is to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of my classes. Through intension, meditation, pranayama and asana my goal is to have my students leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed. I teach in a way that provokes thought and meaning. My aim is to live a yogic lifestyle and lead my classes in a way that reflects that choice.
